Terms of Use of the EM Normandie Business School Blog
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to set out a legal framework for use of the blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr website and services. An agreement is entered into between:
The website manager, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Publisher’;
Any natural person or legal entity wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’.
All Users must accept these Terms of Use. Acceptance is automatically granted by accessing the website.
Article 2: Terms of Use
For legal entities: The blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr website is published by the EM Normandie Business School association, with registered office at 20, Quai Frissard, 76600 Le Havre, France. The association is represented by its Dean, Mr Elian Pilvin.
Article 3: Access to Services
Any User with internet access may access the website free of charge and from any location. The Publisher shall not be liable for the costs incurred by the User in order to access the site (internet connection, hardware etc.). The Publisher does not have to provide any notice or justification in order to take down or suspend access to the website and its various services, for maintenance or any other purpose.
Article 4: User Liability
The User accepts full liability for their use of the information and content shown on the blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr website. The User must compensate the website for any use of the service by them which causes direct or indirect damage.
Article 5: Publisher Liability
The Publisher may not be held liable for any malfunction of the server or network. Similarly, the website may not be held liable for any force majeure event, or for any unforeseeable or unavoidable act by a third party. blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr undertakes to ensure that all necessary data protection measures are in place.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The content of the blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr website (logos, text, graphic elements, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright under the French Intellectual Property Code. The User must seek the website Publisher’s permission before reproducing, copying or publishing any of its content. The User may only use this content for their own private use. All commercial use is prohibited. The User is fully liable for any content that they post online, and undertakes not to cause harm to any third party. The website Publisher reserves the right to moderate or delete any content posted online by the User, without justification.
Article 7: Hyperlinks
The Publisher of blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr shall not be held liable for any hyperlinks on our website or for the content of any website which these hyperlinks direct to. Third parties are permitted to create a link to any page on the blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr website without the Publisher’s express approval.
Article 8: Changes to the Terms of Use
blog.ecole-management-normandie.fr reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, without justification.
Article 9: Term of the Agreement
This agreement applies for an indefinite term. The User is bound by this agreement as soon as they begin to use the service.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by French law. The courts of Le Havre shall hear any disputes between the User and the Publisher which cannot be settled amicably.
Article 11: Personal Data
The User may be asked to provide personal data in order to access certain services. Please note that any starred answer fields must be completed in order to continue browsing this website. If you do not complete a mandatory field, it may not be possible to create your profile, register your participation in our events or handle your requests properly. The personal data gathered via this form will be saved in a computer file by EM Normandie Business School. We will not process or use your personal data except where necessary for the purposes of contacting you, processing your requests, creating and managing your user profile, creating and managing your access to our online services and carrying out statistical studies. In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, restrict the processing of, erase and transfer your data. Please provide your forename, surname and address and include an identity document. Article 12: Cookies

Should a dispute arise, the User may request mediation prior to court referral in order to reach an amicable settlement.
