Yoann Bazin

Yoann Bazin is a Professor of Human Resource Management. He joined EM Normandie in 2018. He has a Master’s degree in sociology from the EHESS and a PhD in organisational theory from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM), awarded in 2011. His thesis is on the institutionalisation of organisational practices: the case of diagnosis in psychiatry. His research interests are business ethics and critical thinking.
