Delphine Minchella

Delphine Minchella is an Associate Professor at EMN BUSINESS SCHOOL. She holds a PhD in 18th Century Civilisation from the Sorbonne-Paris University (2007) and a PhD in Management from the Paris-Dauphine PSL University (2015), supported and funded by Société Générale. At the same time, she worked for five years in the field of Facility Management (LMCB, Paris), and taught English/French translation at the University of Glasgow. Her field of research focuses mainly on workspaces, an expertise she has continued to develop since her last thesis, which was devoted to the role of spatiality in the implementation of a new management method. She is the author of academic articles, case studies, press columns and several books for the general public on the subject (published by L'Harmattan and DUNOD). At EMN BUSINESS SCHOOL, in addition to teaching Organisational Behaviour and the History of Organisations, she directed an international Master 2/Msc for 10 years and is now Director of the EMN BS/CCMP Case Study Collection.
